My Story
I grew up in Costa Rica, where community isn't a concept. It's how you live. Neighbors share meals, doors stay open, and people look out for each other. That shaped everything about how I approach real estate.
When I moved to Pittsburgh, I fell in love with a city that feels the same way, neighborhood by neighborhood. The pride people have in their communities here, from Squirrel Hill to Lawrenceville to Mt. Lebanon, reminded me of home.
I became a real estate agent because I saw how much a home means to a family's story. And I realized I could help people write their next chapter, with the same warmth and care I grew up with.
Why I Do This
Most of my clients aren't first-time buyers. They're people in the middle of a life transition: a growing family that needs more space, empty nesters ready to simplify, couples relocating for a new opportunity.
What they all have in common is that they're not just buying or selling a property. They're moving to their next stage. And that decision carries weight: financial, emotional, logistical.
I do this because I believe everyone deserves a guide who treats that transition with the seriousness and the care it requires. Someone who listens before they advise. Someone who plans before they act.

My Approach
I don't push. I plan. Every client gets a customized roadmap based on their finances, timeline, and life goals. No cookie-cutter advice.
Buying or selling is rarely only about a house. It's a life change underneath, and I coordinate both sides so nothing falls through the cracks.
I answer my own phone. I show up to every inspection. I remember your kids' names. This is personal, always.
Whether you're planning a move next month or next year, I'd love to hear your story and help you figure out the best path forward.
